New small scale sculptures in a new series named 'familiars' or a kind of 'animism'. They are almost totem or icon, these talisman type objects ask the question, if we can have a spirit animal, can an animal have spirit human? Its about equity, nature, humanity, pagan faiths, patronus, familiars, animism and mythology. Note one side the eyes are open the other they are closed. A dream, or not.
 
These are currently cast in resin for bronze with a limited number of artist proofs available in resin, these will help fund a bronze limited edition. You can commission these directly in bronze to a limited or one off piece to be commissioned, inquire directly for costs and lead time.

Presented on a generous clear acrylic plinth with brass stem these very tactile and visceral pieces are hand sized and demand to be touched. Other version that go up in scale will have other plinth materials, be floor based or made in stone or cast iron.
